We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant - Marketing Communications to join our team reporting to the Director of Executive Administration and IT. 

Responsibilities:

  Will assist with various aspects of marketing, writing, editing, assistance with event planning, fundraising activities, social media, WordPress and other duties as directed by supervisor.

  
  

Content & Media Administration - Word Press

• 
  

  Site Structure: Managing menus, categories, tags, and page hierarchies to ensure the site is easy to navigate.

  Media Library Management: Organizing images and videos, ensuring they are properly named and compressed before being uploaded.

  
  


• 
  

  Form Management: Testing and maintaining contact forms, lead captures, and ensuring entries are being delivered correctly to the right email addresses 

  
  

 Assist with and duties directed by supervisor.

All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

• A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
