Intern, Finance - Travel Canada (Winter 2027)

What are your contributions to the team?

• Support corporate card termination in our system


• Support bi-monthly credit card delinquency report and communication to employees


• Familiarization of the travel and expense policy as it applies to reimbursement of expenses.


• Support the auditing of employes expenses in concur


• Support the customer service to employees for questions/actions related to our Travel & Expense Concur Tool 


• Provide support and expertise to various projects as required (ex: Hotels audit, TMC invoices.)


• Provide support for all types of reporting and creation of presentation.


• Support the FRR report and accrual

• You have experience in data analysis in finance, or a related discipline


• You have good planning skills and organizational skills


• You have an ability to manage stress and work under tight deadlines


• You have good interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization


• You have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and SAP


• You are a team player


• You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral
