We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Medical Office Assistant - to join our Family Health Clinic team reporting to the Senior Manager Health Care Services and Clinical Compliance. You will provide general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Medical Office Assistants .


• Assist Medical Radiation technologists with answering phones.


• Update patent information.


• Update spreadsheets.


• Update inventory counts.


• Organize files.


• Create checklists.


• Support current projects.

All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

• A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
