What you will accomplish with us

As a Project Management Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Participate in project planning, monitoring, and coordination (objectives, deliverables, risks, timelines, dashboards, tracking tools, governance meetings, etc.).

• Take charge of certain departmental projects and support efforts to enhance the performance of the business system.

• Document partner needs, clarify expectations, and produce structured analyses to support decision‑making.

• Prepare various deliverables such as meeting minutes, presentations, tracking templates, and other working documents.

• Identify operational pain points, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize existing processes.

• Collaborate closely with partners, users, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Apply project management, Lean, and continuous improvement principles in daily activities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently completing a master’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or any related field.

• Is recognized for the ability to build strong working relationships with partners at various organizational levels.

• Stands out for a strong interest in project management, collaboration, and problem‑solving.

• Demonstrates curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical thinking.

• Has knowledge of Lean/Agile principles (an asset).
