Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Prepare general correspondence, security and mortgage discharge documentation, primary orders and provides necessary support for lending functions.
Process mortgage renewals.
Process life and disability insurance payments.
Maintain and monitor Personal Property Renewals and land titles office as required.
Prepare and co-ordinate all outgoing and incoming correspondence and packages.
Balance various accounts as applicable.
Monitor and follow-up on fire insurance policies.
Process and file all paid out loan files.
Process all required reports and documentation efficiently and accurately ensuring deadlines are met.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational and department objectives.
Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union lending procedures and policies.
Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to credit union policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.

What do you need?
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled in post-secondary education. Access Credit Union welcomes applications from post-secondary co-op students.
Preference is given to students who are pursuing business or applicable fields of study.
Highly motivated individuals who will build relationships and promote our products and services to existing and new members of the credit union
Someone who would like to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during the months of May through August
Attentive, detail-oriented people who can deliver excellent service
Note: the successful candidate for this position must be able to work out of either our Corporate Stanley or Corporate Selkirk locations.
