• Position: Type: Temporary, Seasonal (Summer) 35+ hours a week   

• Duration: 7 Weeks from the Start date   

• Compensation: $23/ Hour

POSITION SUMMARY 

Reporting to the Property and Maintenance Manager, the General Property Maintenance Worker will assist with various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and grounds. This role will perform a variety of exterior property maintenance tasks to enhance the appearance and functionality of residential and client spaces. This role will always be respectful to residents of the home and will ensure the property's belongings are kept in good condition.  

RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing broken locks, windows, doors, and other fixtures.  

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.  

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.  

• Pressure Washing, and cleaning homes, driveways, decks, and other surfaces using pressure-washing equipment. 

• Gutter Maintenance, remove debris, and ensure proper flow in gutters and downspouts. 

• Fence Work, repair and build fences, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. 

• Painting, and performing exterior house and fence painting to refresh or protect surfaces. 

• Tree Care, prune, trim, or remove small trees and manage overgrown vegetation. 

• Light landscaping, maintaining flower beds, trimming hedges, and assisting with basic lawn care. 

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.  

• Ensure proper upkeep of parking areas, driveways, and other external structures.  

• Undertake painting jobs as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of the properties.  

• Other duties as they arise 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:  

• High school diploma or equivalent Required  

• Aged 15 to 30 years.  

• Must be able to work minimum 30 hours a week for 7 weeks 

• Required 3 Years Drives abstract  

• Required 3 years valid insurance history letter provided by Insurance company 

• Previous experience as a general labor 

SKILLS REQUIRED:  

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow. 

• Good communication skills 

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 

• Familiarity with power tools, equipment, and safety procedures. 

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
