Job Description - Website Development Coordinator

The Website Development Coordinator supports technical functions of the SSU website, elevating its design and front-end components helping to track inventory, orders, and revenue while assisting with backend improvements and user experience updates.

Time Commitment

Typically 3-5 hours per week, up to 5-10 hours per week in September

Term of Employment

August 2026 - April 2027

Main Responsibilities

Improve SSU’s website design and user interface

Track and report revenue and inventory data

Update product listings and inventory counts on the website

Support bookings, payment integration, and backend maintenance

Qualifications

Interest or experience in web development and/or UI/UX design

Proficiency in any of HTML, CSS, Javascript, or Shopify

Quick learner and proactive communicator

Strong attention to detail

Anticipated Learning Outcomes

The Website Development Coordinator will gain hands-on experience with website operations, data tracking, and cross-functional tech collaboration in a fast-paced student service.
