As part of the region’s Customer Success team, the Customer Engagement Liaison is responsible for supporting relationships with local school districts and community stakeholders to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery and positive customer experiences.
This part‑time, casual role works closely with Operations leadership to support customer communications, community outreach, and engagement initiatives. The Customer Engagement Liaison serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
