Marketing Administrator (Part Time) - Capital Automotive Group

We are looking for a highly organized and community-minded Part-Time Marketing Administrator to support the marketing operations of our 12-dealership, multi-brand automotive group.

This role offers consistent weekday 4-hour shifts, making it ideal for someone seeking structured part-time hours in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Community & Sponsorship Coordination (Capital Cares)

• Review and respond to sponsorship requests

• Communicate with community partners and internal teams

• Manage and track sponsorship budgets across 12 locations

• Ensure support is distributed across diverse groups and initiatives

• Track and report donations and community impact

Event & Initiative Support

• Assist dealerships with event logistics and sponsorship requirements

• Coordinate materials and deliverables for dealership initiatives

• Support special campaigns such as our 100K Giveaway, Riders partnerships, and Capital Cares programs

Promotional Materials & Swag

• Order, budget, and manage promotional items

• Coordinate quarterly swag shipments for dealerships

• Ensure brand standards and manufacturer requirements are met

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Experience in automotive or multi-location retail is an asset
