Allied Universal is seeking Professional Mobile Supervisors in London, ON Canada.  

Job Title: Mobile Supervisors

Job Location: London, ON

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour 

Shifts: Fridays & Saturdays; (11:00 pm - 11:00 am) | Night Shifts

            Saturdays & Sundays; (12 pm - 12 am) | Day Shifts

            Saturdays & Sundays; (12 am  - 8:30 am) | Night Shifts

Requirement:

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Must have a valid full drivers license and clean driver's abstract.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid Ontario security guard license
• Must be eligible to work in Canada upto 24 hours per week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR - Level C is a must. 
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions :

• Access control for the facility/area
• Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
• Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
• Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols, etc.
• Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
• Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
• Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
• Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Operate/monitor security room equipment including but not limited to computers, CCTV cameras, radio, etc. 
• Perform in-car/vehicle patrols
