Job Description - Part-Time Psychologist (Hybrid) ADHD & Mental Health Clinic

About Us:

We are a progressive, multidisciplinary ADHD and mental health clinic offering comprehensive, integrated care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our team of medical, psychological, and coaching professionals works collaboratively under one roof to provide unified, evidence-based assessment and treatment.

We are currently hiring for 2 part-time psychologist roles to support our growing client base.

1. Psychologist – Adults Only (Assessment Focus)

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adult clients (e.g., ADHD, Psychoeducational, Mental Health)

2. Psychologist – All Ages (Assessment + Clinical Supervision)

Provide assessments across the lifespan: children, adolescents, and adults

Offer clinical supervision in line with experience and clinic needs

What We Offer:

Part-Time Hybrid Roles:

- 0.4 FTE (2 days/week) or 0.5 FTE (2.5 days/week)

- Hybrid schedule with minimum 1 in-person day/week

Work hours fall between Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Salaried or contract options available

5-15k Signing bonus depending on role and availability

Health, Dental, Vision for salaried roles

24/7 access to Telus Virtual Health for salaried roles

What We’re Looking For:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an Independent Practitioner
Registered as a Clinical Psychologist
2–3+ years of relevant clinical experience
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
Comfort with technology and a collaborative team environment
A forward-thinking approach to the evolving field of mental health
