As our Part Time Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, setting the tone for the exceptional service and warm atmosphere we’re known for. What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the voice of the company: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
• Keep communication flowing: Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and determine when interruptions are (and aren’t) appropriate.
• Welcome with warmth: Greet showroom customers, guide them to the right person, and ensure they feel at home.
• Administrative support: Handle outgoing mail, type correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain company records.
• Jump in where needed: Perform other duties that help our team succeed.
