Work on our highest priority with ambitious colleagues

DSV is building its first-ever Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) that will consolidate all internal- and external sources of data. This will create one single source of truth for data, ensuring that all our data is accurate and event driven, with real time updates.

By joining Enterprise Data Excellence, you will become part of the department ensuring that the EDP becomes second nature across our organisation. Specifically, you will join the Strategy and Data Engagement team, together with 2-3 other colleagues.

We need colleagues who can build a highly technical product, and colleagues who can wrap it into a value-adding service that we can effectively offer our business stakeholders. Create compelling content promoting our platform

Your main goal is to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of the EDP. This means that you will use structured communication, storytelling and engagement activities, so that all relevant stakeholders truly understand and appreciate how complex data initiatives create business value for them.
Along the way, you will work closely with technical teams, product owners, and other stakeholders, creating a mutual understanding between business and tech.

Some of your tasks will be to:

• Support the creation and maintenance of the data platform product catalogue, ensuring it provides an intuitive overview of the EDP’s various capabilities


• Build and maintain SharePoint interfaces and internal communication hubs


• Design, manage, and market new communication channels like podcasts, short weekly reads, blogs or whatever you see fit to keep your colleagues updated


• Uplift data literacy by creating accessible education materials and coaching our technical experts in presenting their knowledge for various audiences


• Create in-house campaigns to promote new platform capabilities and services

Above all, you are a translator of knowledge

You know which questions to ask to be able to make highly specific knowledge intelligible for everyone. Even if this means asking repeatedly, since our priorities and the EDP are ever-changing and evolving. This environment also means that you will need to be able to balance several deliveries simultaneously.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Have experience with internal communications and change management, and are highly skilled in both written and visual communication


• Have marketing experience and can easily translate this into an internal context


• Have perhaps worked with technical products before


• Might have experience creating learning platforms and engaging others in learning journeys – but this is just an added advantage
