Your role in our team

As our new Systems Engineer, you will help develop, design, and implement engineered systems from the initial start to the end. You will work with the entire value chain and maintain a technical overview, understanding our customer needs and integrating solutions at customer sites.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

As a Systems Engineer, you will be involved in various stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring that our high-tech solutions meet customer requirements and are delivered with the highest quality. You will play a pivotal role in bridging customer needs with technical solutions, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the functionality and performance of our systems. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Understand customer situations and needs through written and verbal communication
  
  
  • Transform customer insights into viable technical solutions that meet their requirements
  
  
  • Contribute to defining cross-domain survivability needs and support systems integration
  
  
  • Assist with service-oriented architectures and create models of system behavior
  
  
  • Collaborate with software developers and test engineers to verify and validate solutions
  
  
  • Participate in tests to ensure successful system and project delivery, including on-site tests in Denmark or NATO countries
  
  
  • Engage in team alignment activities and share knowledge and best practices with fellow systems engineers
  
  
  
  

Bring your world class expertise into play

We are seeking senior professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and experiences. What unites all candidates is a strong foundation in systems engineering.

Furthermore, you are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who has:

  • A degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/Naval Architecture, Physics, Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, or another relevant field
  
  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex system problems into smaller, manageable segments
  
  
  • Experience in system development, preferably within systems engineering
  
  
  • Experience developing systems in close cooperation with software development teams and producing system specifications
  
  
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
  
  
  • Good technical writing and documentation skills
  
  
  • Willingness to work across disciplines and adapt to evolving project needs
  
  
  
  

Preferred, but not required, skills and interests include:

  • Exposure to systems modeling or architectural frameworks
  
  
  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  
  
  • Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Java, Python, MATLAB)
  
  
  • Project management skills or experience
