This is the role and main tasks

You will design and drive the AI enablement setup across SSC and SSG, ensuring AI capabilities are built and embedded across the organization.

• Design AI enablement and upskilling strategy
• Build onboarding and learning programs
• Define frameworks for AI maturity and adoption
• Drive enablement across teams and leaders
• Ensure AI is used in practice
   

This is your Team

You will join a growing AI Centre of Excellence within SSC, working across technical specialists and business functions.

The team focuses on enabling scalable AI adoption across the organization while balancing innovation, governance, and operational maturity. We are building a team that combines strong technical understanding with pragmatic execution.
 

Who we are looking for

You are a pragmatic and structured profile who can design scalable enablement approaches and execute them across an organization.

• 3+ years in transformation or enablement roles
• Experience with learning or capability programs
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to work across functions
• Curiosity about AI
