• Lead hydraulic design and development as the subject matter expert, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial support to Sales, including cost estimates and business case preparation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain throughput and contribute as an Application Engineer when needed.
• Perform system testing, inspection, and evaluation to guarantee performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all designs and processes.
• Support quality claims from customers, including site visits when required.
• Deliver technical support for SB products, focusing on maintenance and optimization of core components such as brakes and hydraulics.
• Lead or participate in certification processes for customers (e.g., APQP).
• Contribute to development projects, including next-generation brake systems and new material innovations.
• Engage in project execution, supporting orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide cross-functional technical support to Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Manage tasks and time registration for assigned projects using Wrike.
• Act as a technical liaison with customers and suppliers during project execution.
• Prepare technical layouts and proposals for Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Develop business cases and assist Sales with accurate cost estimations.
• Capture and structure technical knowledge, driving standardization and continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience as a Hydraulic Engineer (10+ years) within wind, oil & gas, mining, or other heavy industries.
• Hands-on approach, able to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application and testing in the workshop.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (preferably AXAPTA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of stage-gate project models; experience with Wrike or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of maintaining an overview, working independently, and respecting timelines and specifications while being an effective team player.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) at a professional negotiation level; Danish language skills are a plus.
• Experience working in ISO-certified environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per year.
• Safety-oriented mindset, with safety as an integral part of your work approach.
