Assistant Store Manager, Østergade

As Assistant Store Manager, you will join our retail team in Copenhagen and help drive the success of our global flagship store on Østergade.


Working closely with the Store Manager, you will combine hands-on sales leadership with team coaching, ensuring every customer experiences the very best of Bang & Olufsen. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of our largest and most distinctive retail environments, showcasing the full Bang & Olufsen portfolio in an inspiring home-like setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and commercial performance of the flagship store


• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and service standards


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers


• Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during and after the sale


• Act as a Bang & Olufsen brand ambassador during store events and customer engagements


• Ensure outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards


• Support collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including installation teams, customer service and after-sales partners

What you bring

You are an experienced retail leader with a passion for luxury customer experiences. You thrive in a customer-facing environment and enjoy developing people while driving commercial results.

Moreover, you bring:

• Leadership experience from a luxury retail environment, preferably luxury hard goods


• A proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams


• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills


• Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset


• Experience working with retail systems and Microsoft Office


• An interest in luxury consumer products, design and technology


• Fluency in both Danish and English
