Are you a medical doctor passionate about transforming the treatment landscape for obesity? The position
You will be part of a team of experienced medical doctors and scientists with clinical, academic and industry backgrounds who are motivated by drug development, medical education, evidence generation and high‑quality scientific communication. This role offers the opportunity to use your clinical experience, analytical skills and creativity to help develop and position therapies that will significantly improve outcomes for people living with obesity. You will provide timely, accurate and credible medical input in a mid-late state development project.

About the department
The CagriSema team is part of the Obesity& area and is based in Søborg, Denmark — a multinational, high‑energy group that thrives on proactive collaboration and open communication, bringing an outgoing, can‑do attitude to both internal teamwork and external scientific engagement.
In GMA we build and deliver consistent, credible scientific communication across all stages of clinical development and commercialization. We value curiosity, inclusive collaboration, and an environment that encourages learning and professional growth. The team works closely with cross‑functional colleagues across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Marketing, Market Access and other HQ functions to develop and implement medical strategies that shape patient care.
The therapy area covers an exciting pipeline in obesity and related metabolic conditions, including late‑stage molecules aimed at weight management, comorbidity risk reduction and long‑term metabolic health. You will join a team that combines clinical excellence and innovative thinking to bring impactful therapies to patients worldwide.
