YOUR TEAM
By joining our AI Fashion Planning team, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art machine learning solutions for some of BESTSELLER’s most strategically important projects within demand planning and inventory optimisation.

YOUR ROLE
As the Business Analyst in our AI Fashion Planning team, you will be fostering close collaboration between data scientists, the product owner, and stakeholders to prioritize and develop the most impactful solutions. You will focus on ensuring that machine learning products developed by the team are fully embedded in user workflows, driving adoption and value realization. Furthermore, your tasks will include:

• Designing next-level planning processes and solutions in close collaboration with data scientists and planners


• Working closely with our de-centralized planning organisation in the brands to drive change and adoption of our solutions


• Driving data analysis and help derive key metrics for product improvement


• Supporting the team and stakeholders with demand planning and inventory management expertise and knowledge of best practices


• Creating visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.

YOUR PROFILE
This role is perfect for someone with real-life experience as a planner or supply chain specialist with a passion for data science and change management. In addition, we hope that you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in driving product adoption within user communities


• A good understanding of data analysis, interpreting and presenting insights


• Strong communication and people skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
