As a Business Service Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your work will directly support the wellbeing of our employees and visitors by ensuring our offices and shared spaces are consistently maintained to a high standard.

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchens, and sanitary facilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the workplace.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, paper products, coffee supplies, and other essential items.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and materials correctly.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns.
• Support a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the Facility Operations team.

• Valid work permit for Denmark.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning, preferably in an office or commercial environment.
• Reliable, thorough, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Available to work 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Good physical condition and capable of performing physically demanding work.
• Good spoken and written English; Danish or Portuguese are an advantage.
• Positive, service-minded attitude and a strong team-player mindset.
