Commercial Territory Manager, Northern Europe & APAC

Secomea is hiring an ambitious Commercial Territory Manager to build out our market in Northern Europe & APAC and help accelerate our growth across one of Europe's most important industrial regions.

This is a true full-cycle sales role. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline, qualifying opportunities, managing the sales process from first meeting to signature, and closing new business.

Your Role

As Commercial Territory Manager, you'll own the Nothern European & APAC territory, selling Secomea's Secure Remote Access platform to manufacturers, machine builders and system integrators. This position reports to Secomea’s Regional Manager for Northern Europe/APAC.

You'll build and execute your territory plan, develop new opportunities, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and accurately forecast your business. You'll work closely with our partner network while leading the sales process and building long-term customer relationships.

You'll receive support from our SDR team, marketing, and presales - but success in this role will come from your ability to hunt independently, create pipeline, run a disciplined sales process, and win new business.

This role offers significant autonomy, responsibility, and visibility, making a direct impact on Secomea's continued growth across EMEA.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the commercial strategy for the Nothern European and APAC territory.

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, partner collaboration, and territory planning.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing a signed agreement.

• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, machine builders, system integrators, and channel partners.

• Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success to maximize customer success and revenue growth.

• Maintain an accurate sales forecast and disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce and Clari.

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.

• Travel within the Northern region to meet customers and partners, as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in years of experience than we are in evidence that you can build pipeline and win business. We want to see the enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy required to thrive in this type of role.

We imagine you will have:

• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, industrial technology, cybersecurity or a related technical industry.

• Experience selling to companies HQ’d in Nothern Europe & APAC

• Deep curiosity and desire to understand the people and organizations you work with.
