Plan, coordinate, and control commissioning activities across multiple disciplines and systems.
Develop and maintain commissioning schedules, ensuring realistic sequencing and alignment with construction completion and handover milestones.
Lead daily commissioning coordination meetings, focusing on activity alignment, interfaces, and risk mitigation.
Ensure all commissioning activities are executed in accordance with approved RAMS, method statements, and commissioning plans.
Act as the commissioning authority on LOTO, work permits, and safe system isolation, ensuring correct application and compliance.
Prioritize and resolve conflicts between parallel activities, with strong focus on safe sequencing and risk control.
Lead the commissioning safety organization, ensuring risk assessments are prepared, understood, and followed.
Coordinate closely with Construction, HSE, Client, and Operations teams to ensure a controlled and safe transition to operational readiness.
Monitor commissioning progress and report status, risks, and mitigation actions to project management.
Background in commissioning coordination, start\-up, operations, or site management on large or complex facilities.
Strong practical understanding of RAMS, LOTO, work permits, and HSE requirements in high\-risk environments.
Ability to lead commissioning without relying on a specific trade background.
Structured, risk\-aware, and decisive in prioritization and coordination.
Comfortable working in a dynamic site environment where conditions change daily.
Clear and confident communicator, able to align multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
A key role in a major, high\-profile project with complex commissioning scope.
Clear authority within the commissioning phase, with strong interface to construction and operations.
A professional environment with strong focus on safety, structure, and execution quality.
Competitive package and opportunities for professional development.
