Communications Consultant

At Plesner, communication plays a key role in creating alignment, direction and a strong sense of community across our firm of more than 600 people. As communications consultant, you will join our Marketing & Communication team take ownership of our internal communications contribute to external communications across a range of platforms.

You will plan, develop and deliver communication that supports our business, culture and day-to-day operations, working closely with senior management and colleagues throughout the firm.

Your responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating and delivering internal communication across Plesner's channels, including Plesner Inside (our intranet), internal news, town halls and leadership communication

• Advising senior management and Plesner's partners on effective, targeted communication, ensuring that messages are clear, relevant to their audiences and have maximum impact

• Planning, developing and quality-assuring editorial content in collaboration with colleagues across the firm

• Developing new communication formats that strengthen engagement, knowledge-sharing and organisational alignment

• Delivering communication that supports Plesner's culture, collaboration and employer brand

• Contributing to wider Marketing & Communication initiatives across the team

About you

We are looking for a colleague who:

• has a relevant university degree in communication, business, journalism or a related discipline

• has 4–5 years' experience in a similar role, including internal communication, leadership communication and/or strategic communication

• is an excellent writer who communicates clearly, precisely and engagingly, and can translate complex topics into communication that creates understanding and direction

• is a natural storyteller with experience in creating content across multiple channels and formats

• has a strong understanding of business and organisational dynamics, and enjoys partnering with leaders and colleagues across the firm

• works in a structured way, takes ownership and can drive projects from concept through implementation

• is curious, proactive and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders

You will report to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, Mette Schønnemann.
