Community Lead

Do you have a strong understanding of contemporary fashion and culture and a natural instinct for bringing people together?

ONLY BRAND HOUSE is looking for a Community Lead to shape, grow and strengthen the communities around our brand.

From intimate community gatherings and creative partnerships to larger-scale events and brand activations, this role will create experiences that bring ONLY BRAND HOUSE into the real world and give people meaningful reasons to engage with and participate in the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Community Lead, you will develop meaningful relationships between ONLY BRAND HOUSE and the people, places and cultural communities surrounding our brand.
You will work across multiple European markets, building an international network of creatives, tastemakers, cultural connectors, ambassadors and brand advocates who authentically connect with ONLY BRAND HOUSE. A particular focus will be on developing our community presence within French-speaking markets.

Working closely with Brand, Creative, Social, Communications and our local markets, you will turn cultural insights and relationships into relevant experiences, partnerships and activations. Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute ONLY's community strategy across key markets


• Build long-term relationships with creatives, tastemakers, cultural connectors and brand advocates


• Identify emerging communities, people and cultural movements relevant to ONLY


• Develop and execute events, gatherings, launches, pop-ups and cultural activations from concept to delivery


• Build ONLY's community presence within French-speaking markets


• Develop creative partnerships with relevant talent, venues, organisations and complementary brands


• Collaborate with Social and Communications on talent, seeding and organic brand relationships


• Track community growth, engagement and impact while bringing relevant cultural insights back into the wider Brand team

ABOUT YOU
You are a connector by nature. You genuinely enjoy meeting people, building relationships and bringing different communities together. At the same time, you know how to turn an idea into reality and are comfortable owning events and projects from concept through to execution. We imagine that you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience in community, events, experiential marketing, cultural marketing, PR or a related field


• Have a strong understanding of contemporary fashion and culture


• Have experience developing and executing events, activations or community initiatives


• Understand the difference between building a community and simply building an audience


• Are proactive, highly organised and comfortable balancing relationship-building with execution


• Are professionally fluent in both English and French


• Experience working across European markets and an existing network within fashion, creative or cultural communities are both considered strong advantages.
