How you will make an impact

As a Component Planner, you manage orders and deliveries of packaging and ingredients to ensure consistent availability while driving process improvements and securing close collaboration with procurement and suppliers. Your specialist position allows you to oversee a broad portfolio and collaborate across sites, enhancing standardization and empowerment. Supported by technology, you will prepare escalations for S&OE/S6OE and S&OP forums, create scenario plans to mitigate risks, and assess demand fluctuations. You will also support product design changes, launches and delistings while reducing waste.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Execute timely orders and actively manage deliveries of components from both external and internal suppliers to ensure consistent availability


• Review supplier confirmations and handle invoices in case of deviations


• Review daily production progress and handle escalations with the Site Scheduler; resolve short-term component risks on a daily or ad hoc basis


• Monitor daily inventory availability; manage replenishment strategy and parameters based on inventory policies and targets


• Conduct scenario planning to mitigate availability risks, reduce waste, and assess the impact of finished goods demand fluctuations


• Create master data for new components and secure high-quality master data

It will be an advantage if you have a driver’s license, as you will occasionally need to visit sites.
