The characteristic property, known locally by the name Ørkenfortet, stands as an architectural landmark at Knippelsbro and marks the entrance to Christianshavn and Amager districts. The visible location on Torvegade and the distinctive look of the building makes it almost impossible not to spot the hotel when you pass by. Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a Concierge & Guest Relations Agent you have a natural "drive" to engage with people and to exceed expectations. Your personality is characterized by your spontaneity, your open attitude, and your eye for detail. Your main responsibility is to ensure an 'extraordinary' experience by establishing contact prior to their arrival, maintaining contact during their stay, and doing a proper follow-up just to make sure that we are aware of all the opportunities to enhance our service. As the Guest Relations Agent of NH Collection Copenhagen, you are aware of all the tourist attractions, the hidden treasures of the city, and the culinary hotspots, and you are eager to tell your personal experiences about your city. In addition, you are the point of contact in case of complaints and you are responsible for all correspondence on online review websites. Furthermore, you ensure that the Quality Standards of the NH Hotel Collection brand are complied with throughout the hotel.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Danish, English + additional language skills are a significant advantage
