The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in the Nordics supporting our organizational goal to provide best service in the industry. We are looking for Customer Care and Order Processors who prioritize measurable service quality and quick response times, alongside a thorough understanding of our offerings.
The Customer Care and Order Processor is responsible for processing incoming customer orders into the company’s system ensuring the accuracy of the order, fulfilling the order in a timely and efficient manner, and playing a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications. They must also maintain a high level of customer service and provide accurate product information.
The team you will be part of
You will be part of the Customer Care team in our Headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark and it is a full time and onsite position. Your direct report will be the Customer Care Manager.
This team is next to the sales department and the training team responsible for the overall customer experience, and therefore brand image of GN products.
