Job Description:

Customer Solutions Consultant – Malmö

In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating value and delivering tailored solutions to new and existing customers. You will work in close alignment with the Sales organization and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. the role combines customer interaction, analytical work and collaboration across teams.

The territory primarily covers Malmö, Denmark and the surrounding areas so willingness to travel is essential.  

 

Key responsibilities

  • Be accountable for your assigned territory and opportunity pipeline through proactive engagement with the account management team. 

  • Create and maintain customer presentations with clear value propositions. 

  • Develop and maintain sales opportunities captured in the CRM (Salesforce) by working closely with the account managers and the Solutions implementation team. 

  • Analysing supply chains and business processes to identify customer challenges and position standard or customized solutions. 

  • Collaboration with colleagues from other departments and countries to continuously expand your internal network. 

  • You will take part in a wide range of training courses and receive the most important know-how for your job – not only at the beginning, but throughout your time with us. 

  • You take over your own customers together with the sales department and you jointly develop new strategies for their further development. 

  • You take over the project management for a variety of customer projects and are an important interface between customer, sales and specialist departments. 

  • You ensure that sales targets and customer expectations are met and exceeded. 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Preferred). 

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experience in B2B sales or B2C sales (Preferred). 

  • Enjoyment of communication and teamwork. 

  • Analytical and creative thinking.

  • Ideally knowledge of logistical workflows. 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • A full, clean driving license.

  • Speaking English and Danish

  • The position is fulltime with 37 hours per week. The role is covered by the HK collective agreement, including pension scheme and optional health insurance along with employee benefits.
