Responsibilities

• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for streamlined follow-up.

• Stay updated on product offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications.
