Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding online streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about account management, content availability, and technical issues.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance the viewing experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on the latest content, features, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and user experience enhancements.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the entertainment or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient with customer support software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
