• Provide high-quality frontline support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards and improve customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to implementing best practices.
• Keep updated about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar support role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
