Job Description
Act as a key strategic partner for LEGO Retail, echoing its voice within Global Branded Channels marketing strategy, while ensuring consistency and reducing duplication!
This position is based in Denmark, either in Billund or Copenhagen. Please note that relocation assistance is not available.
Core Responsibilities
Be the dedicated M&C Central Marketing responsible for Branded Channels and partner for LEGO Retail:
Build strong collaboration with Global Commercial Development to identify key challenges and opportunities for Branded Channels. As a member of the Trade & Shopper leadership team, support the establishment of the broader team's strategic priorities and provide leadership to all team members.
Monitor and report on the efficiency of Branded Channel marketing activities, using key performance indicators to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, using this knowledge to drive innovation and enhance marketing strategies.
Lead a team of three by setting clear goals and KPIs, supporting development, and maintaining a culture of motivation and inclusivity that fosters collaboration, transformation, and innovation.

The role is part of a newly established Trade & Shopper Marketing (TSM) team within Central M&C Marketing. TSM is dedicated to enhancing retail performance and delivering exceptional shopper experiences. The team will offer innovative tools, toolkits, and strategic guidelines to empower our Branded Channels to execute effectively and successfully.
The Branded Channels Director is responsible for ensuring consistent and compliant marketing across branded channels with tailored retail activations and visual merchandising. This role involves shaping the future of shopper and retail experiences, as well as collaborating closely with Local Branded Channels representatives, GMs, BU Regional Commercial Development, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across touchpoints.
Reporting to the VP of Trade and Shopper Marketing, you will join a team of focused individuals whose mission is to provide outstanding shopper experiences and achieve commercial success.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field, or has equivalent experience, with advanced degrees or certifications as a plus. They possess extensive retail marketing experience, a proven ability to influence global strategic decisions, and expertise in business review processes and executive-level reporting.
