E-commerce Coordinator

Do you enjoy creating structure, coordinating multiple moving parts, and making sure things happen when they should? 

As our new E-Commerce Coordinator, you'll help ensure that products, campaigns, and content are launched accurately and on time across our e-commerce platforms, while supporting the daily operation of our sites and app.

YOUR TEAM
You'll join a dedicated E-Commerce department of 12 colleagues across three teams: Campaign, Platform, and Buying. Together, we are responsible for the daily operation and development of nameit.com and lilatelier.com across 27 countries.
The position is based at our headquarters in Brande, where you'll work closely with colleagues across NAME IT, BESTSELLER's central E-Commerce team in Aarhus, and our Tech teams in Aarhus and Amsterdam. 

YOUR ROLE
As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of nameit.com, lilatelier.com, and the NAME IT app. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure that products, content and campaigns are launched accurately, and that our platforms run smoothly day to day.

More specifically, you will:

• Coordinate content updates, campaigns, promotions, and product launches across our sites


• Manage daily site operations, including troubleshooting, content maintenance, and quality checks


• Maintain products and categories, ensuring accurate product placement and catalogue quality


• Test site features and content to ensure functionality, usability, and quality across our platforms


• Monitor site functionality, customer journeys, and performance data, identifying opportunities to improve the online experience


• Drive and support projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of our platforms


• Collaborate with our SEO specialist to support organic traffic growth and online visibility.

YOUR PROFILE
You enjoy creating structure, coordinating multiple activities, and keeping track of the details that make things run smoothly. In addition, we imagine that you: 

• Have experience working with e-commerce operations, content management, digital merchandising, or a similar role


• Have experience working with CMS platforms and e-commerce systems


• Understand how data and performance insights can support decision-making and continuous improvements


• Work in a structured and detail-oriented way, even when managing multiple priorities


• Take initiative and proactively identify opportunities for improvement


• Enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and building strong working relationships


• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
