Job Description - Executive Director for CFO Network Group
Presidents Institute is looking for an Executive Director to execute and ensure the quality of our CFO networking meetings to meet and exceed our membersâ expectations. Our members join Presidents Institute and our network groups to get inspired, network with peers, discuss their professional and personal challenges and in general develop as leaders. In short, you will act as Presidents Instituteâs external image towards our members and partners.
As Executive Director you will be responsible for executing our content-rich services to members with high expectations for further development within finance. You will refer directly to the Managing Director in Denmark and be able to draw on the experience of the other Executive Directors in Presidents Institute. Your areas of responsibility will be:
Facilitation of five annual networking meetings (per network group)
Follow-up with members and back-office between networking meetings
Connect with new members
Support to the product department in the content of meetings and product development etc.
Time consumption for meetings: Expect five networking meetings of about five hours each per year. Meetings take place depending on what works best for you and your network group located in Denmark. You will be responsible for one network group with the opportunity to undertake more with time. All of our Executive Directors work as consultants for Presidents Institute against a fee plus bonus.
You are up to date with relevant topics within finance and have excellent people skills Representing a company that work with education for senior executives from the business world means that nothing is left to coincidences. Have fluency in Danish; verbally and written
Have in-depth knowledge of finance and be driven by exploring the future trends within your field
Have 10+ years of leadership experience
Have 3+ years of experience as a group facilitator
Be able to hold the room and include all participants
Be willing to share professional issues
Hold a bachelor or masterâs degree in finance
About us Presidents Institute is developing executives within networking, sparring, development and education. Our main services are Club Meetings and Circle Meetings as well as our biannual summit, where international profiles are speaking. We are looking to expand our portfolio of products and did recently add HR meetings and CFO meetings to our services. Presidents Institute is represented in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
