Then you might be the Finance Business Partner we are looking for to join BESTSELLER’s E-commerce Finance organisation. 

JOIN BESTSELLER’S GLOBAL FINANCE ORGANISATION
You will become part of a skilled and international finance organisation based in Denmark, where our primary responsibility is controlling, and financial partnering for BESTSELLER E-commerce. We support all our brands – including JACK & JONES, ONLY, SELECTED, and VERO MODA among others – and work in a flat structure with close collaboration across teams and a constant focus on standardization, optimization, and automation. 

The E-commerce Finance team currently consists of ten colleagues: three Finance Business Partners, five in the core finance team, a Finance specialist, and the team leader. Together we cover the full financial value chain for E-commerce, working closely with stakeholders across BESTSELLER’s organisation. The team atmosphere is professional yet informal – characterised by high energy, strong collaboration, and a shared ambition to create impact. 

THE ROLE
You will play a central role in bridging finance and the business. You will be responsible for translating financial data into actionable insights and equipping our brands and E-commerce business with the financial insights they need to make the right decisions. 

Your key tasks will include:

• Acting as a proactive sparring partner for our E-commerce business – both on strategy and operations.


• Translating complex financial data into clear insights that support decision-making across our 15 brands.


• Driving the budgeting process and aligning closely with the business to ensure ambitious yet realistic targets.


• Supporting monthly closing activities to stay close to performance and ensure financial accuracy.


• Educating and coaching brand stakeholders to strengthen their financial understanding.


• Driving continuous improvements across Finance processes and ways of working.


• Ensuring finance contributes directly to business impact, beyond reporting the numbers.

YOUR PROFILE 
We are looking for a person with solid experience in finance and stakeholder management. You have the ability to combine strong analytical skills with an outgoing personality, and you enjoy building trusted relationships across functions and levels. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. 

We imagine that you bring:

• Experience from a role within finance as a sparring partner to the business


• Experience working with financial reporting, monthly closing activities, budgeting, and performance follow-up in a complex organisation – either from an audit firm or an in-house finance function


• Solid skills in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems


• Knowledge of E-commerce is an advantage, but not a requirement


• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
