Global Product Coordinator, Contract Manufacturing & Milk Powder

Location: Aarhus

Join our Global Product Management team and help bring our products to life across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We are looking for a structured and proactive Global Product Coordinator to support our Contract Manufacturing and Milk Powder portfolio.

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Product Manager, the Contract Manufacturing team, external suppliers and commercial markets to ensure well-coordinated product launches, clear packaging and artwork processes and smooth day-to-day operations. As you develop in the role, you will gradually take on greater responsibility and drive more projects independently.

How you will make an impact

As Global Product Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating activities across suppliers, markets and internal functions to ensure that product and packaging processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will operate at the intersection of product management, supply chain and commercial markets, ensuring clear communication, structured processes and timely execution across stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Build and coordinate collaboration with existing and new external suppliers.


• Set up new supplier collaborations, including alignment on packaging and artwork processes and guidance on Arla standards.


• Lead end-to-end coordination of packaging and artwork processes, including timelines and key milestones.


• Coordinate product launches and packaging changes across teams, markets and suppliers.


• Ensure structured communication and consistent ways of working across suppliers and markets, escalating when needed.


• Secure complete and aligned product and packaging data in collaboration with master data teams.


• Act as the key link between commercial teams, support functions and production sites, ensuring accurate product and packaging information.

We expect that you bring:

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of experience within product coordination or product management, ideally within FMCG.


• A highly structured working style with the ability to create clarity and drive progress.


• Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to remove blockers and move work forward.


• Ability to manage multiple parallel activities while maintaining quality and overview.


• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across cultures and time zones.


• Strong English and Danish skills and the ability to work from Aarhus.
