Job Description - Global Rewards Manager - Aarhus


Do you have a strong interest in global rewards processes, enjoy working in a project-based environment, and thrive in partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues? This position provides an excellent opportunity to further strengthen your analytical and communication capabilities within a global Rewards function. We invite you to apply for the role of Global Rewards Manager.


 


You will join our Global Rewards Centre of Excellence and collaborate with a high-performing team recognised for delivering best-in-class Rewards and People Performance Management. The team also has responsibility for Travel Management and Global Mobility solutions and services.


 


How you will make an impact


Based at our headquarters in Viby/Aarhus, you will join a team that supports the global organisation with rewards advisory, process governance, data and insights, and benchmarking. Reporting to the Head of Global Rewards, you will work closely with leaders and HR colleagues across markets to ensure consistent, business-relevant rewards solutions.


 


We operate through an integrated partnering, projects, and process governance matrix, and you will play a key role in driving deliveries and improvements across these areas. In practice, this means taking end-to-end ownership of selected global processes and initiatives, as outlined in the key responsibilities below.


 


Key responsibilities include:



  • Leading end-to-end delivery of one or more global rewards processes or concepts (e.g., the Global Salary Review Process or the People Performance Management Dialogue concept)

  • Acting as rewards partner for one or more Executive Management areas, providing strategic advisory support to leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation-related matters

  • Enhancing our rewards data and insights foundation to enable decision-making (e.g., strengthening benchmarking tools and maintaining the global Title & Career Architecture)

  • Leading rewards communications and supporting the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive

  • Supporting the compliance agenda, including driving the CSRD reporting in partnership with Finance and external auditors

  • Contributing to cross-functional initiatives related to remuneration and mergers and acquisitions


 


What will make you successful


You are a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong stakeholder mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global environment. You bring solid business acumen and apply sound judgement to balance commercial priorities with Global Rewards policies when advising leaders and HR colleagues. You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, translate policies into scalable solutions, and are recognised for your integrity, credibility, and ability to influence across the organisation.


 


Furthermore you:



  • Hold a master’s degree in Finance, Business, HR, or a related field

  • Bring 5-7 years of relevant experience within the rewards discipline. Alternatively, you may bring relevant experience from other areas of HR, Finance, or consulting

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical capabilities and deliver work in a structured, detail-oriented manner

  • Possess strong change management, presentation, and communication skills
