Global Senior QEHS Specialist, Arla Foods Ingredients - Aarhus

You have the opportunity as a Global Senior QEHS Specialist to shape and drive a programme to embed a strong food safety and quality mindset across Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI). This role sits at the centre of our global quality ambition to ensure safe products, confident customers, and a proactive, learning‑driven culture across our global operations.

How you will make an impact

In this newly shaped role, you will own and lead the AFI Quality & Food Safety Culture programme across functions. You will balance strategic design and decision-making with hands‑on coordination, ensuring that cultural priorities become a natural part of daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Own and manage the Quality & Food Safety Culture roadmap, strategy, and governance.


• Design and deploy culture interventions across AFI sites.


• Own and manage the mandatory standards across AFI.


• Drive standards, compliance activities, and internal audits.


• Lead continuous improvement in the above mentioned areas.

You will be part of the global QEHS and collaborate closely with other functions in Supply Chain, Commercial, and People & Culture.

What will make you successful

You are energised by translating plans into practical actions and working closely with stakeholders at all organisational levels. You thrive when influencing behaviours and creating cultural impact. You are structured in your work, but yet creative in your solutions.

More specifically, we imaging that you have a:

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering or similar.


• 5+ years of experience within Quality and Food Safety preferably in a global organisation.


• Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000, GFSI and relevant regulatory requirements.


• Experience with quality cultural/change programmes is an advantage.
