As Global Senior QEHS Specialist, you will shape standards and ways of working, embedding a strong food safety and quality mindset across Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI). Your work will support safe products, confident customers, and a proactive, learning-driven culture across our global operations.

How you will make an impact

In this newly shaped role, you will drive the global quality management system across the organization. At AFI, food safety culture is everybody’s business—your role is to balance strategic direction and decision-making with hands-on coordination, supporting the continuous development of our food safety culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive the continuous development of our global quality management system.


• Drive global quality standards, compliance activities, and internal audits.


• Lead the quality and food safety culture roadmap, strategy, and governance.


• Design and deploy culture interventions across AFI sites.

You will be part of the global QEHS organization, working with more than 30 experienced quality colleagues across three teams. You will join the SQM&C team, consisting of 10 colleagues responsible for supplier quality management and compliance. The team will provide professional sparring and support—and a positive, can-do atmosphere.

Your work will influence most of AFI, with a particular focus on AFI’s five production sites as well as partners and joint ventures. In your day-to-day work, you will work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Commercial, QEHS in Arla, and People & Culture.

More specifically, we imagine you have:

• A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or similar.


• 5+ years of experience in quality and food safety, preferably in a global organization.


• Audit experience.


• Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000, or other GFSI standards.


• Hands-on experience with quality management system development.


• Hands-on experience with implementing quality culture programs and/or change management is an advantage.
