Head of Global Total Rewards & Mobility

This creates a unique opportunity to reshape how we reward, recognize, and support our people globally.

We are seeking a Head of Global Total Rewards & Mobility to oversee GN’s worldwide strategy for compensation, benefits, executive pay, job architecture, and mobility. Reporting to the Chief People & Communication Officer, you will play a key role in defining reward frameworks that support GN’s transformation and attract a technology-native workforce.

The Team you will be part of

You will lead a small specialist team and be part of the People & Communication Leadership Team. You will also work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board’s Remuneration & Nomination Committee on reward-related matters. The role gives broad exposure across Finance, Legal, and divisions globally.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage GN’s global Total Rewards and Mobility strategy

• Oversee annual reward cycles, including merit, bonus and LTI

• Own and evolve GN’s global job architecture and support EU Pay Transparency readiness

• Support executive compensation and board remuneration governance

• Ensure scalable, compliant, and technology-enabled reward practices globally

• Manage GN’s global mobility framework, policies, and vendor setup

What you bring

• Extensive experience within global compensation, benefits, executive remuneration, and mobility

• Demonstrated ability to lead reward cycles and specialist teams

• Experience with job architecture, pay transparency, and governance in an international setting

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including executive and board level

• Solid analytical skills and ability to turn business needs into practical reward solutions

• Experience from a listed company is an advantage
