“You will join a strong team working across our Customers IT Portfolio. As IT Adoption Specialist you will play a key role in empowering our business stakeholders and end users in their digital transformation, driving engagement, value measurement, and nurturing the mindset shift needed to unlock the full potential of digitalization. In Customers IT Product Team we mainly partner with the Eurozone and Customer Experience but are also responsible for supporting other teams across IT & Digital” says Head of IT Product, Annemette Eskildsen Krusell.  

How you will make an impact 

As an IT Adoption Specialist, you will play a key role in driving and closely monitoring value realization in collaboration with the business and IT Product Team, ensuring a strong outcome focus and delivery in line with the business case. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to define clear business requirements, support user-centered design, and translate insights into actionable improvements that strengthen adoption and business impact. More specifically, you will:

• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, workshops, and user support based on identified needs


• Design and execute adoption strategies across the zones and functions supported by the Customers IT Product Team


• Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communication and materials


• Conduct user research (e.g. interviews, field studies) to identify needs and improvement opportunities


• Monitor adoption and value realization through surveys, platform analytics, and feedback, and turn insights into actions

What will make you successful 

You are a proactive and user-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. With strong communication and facilitation skills, you can engage and influence stakeholders across functions and cultures. You bring a structured, analytical mindset and are motivated by turning insights into tangible improvements, while driving collaboration and adoption in a digital environment. Further, we expect you to:

• Have 2-3 years of experience with user research and UX/UI design, including tools such as Figma


• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly communication


• Strong capabilities in data analysis and adoption tracking (e.g., surveys, analytics)


• Understanding of digital product development and user-centered design principles
