The Team

The Wholesale Operations team is responsible for delivering the highest level of service, ensuring customers receive their goods on time, every time, and in the most efficient way. The team plays a central role in the PVH Wholesale business and acts as a key communication hub, managing and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

The team is ambitious, motivated and highly focused, working together to achieve the department’s vision of becoming the leading Wholesale Operations team in the industry.

 

The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Key Account Specialist has full accountability for providing end-to-end operational service for Key Accounts and for maintaining a clean, accurate and fully processable order book.

 

Responsibilities:

Key Account Operations Management

  • Act as the primary operational contact for Key Account customers, managing all day-to-day queries.

Order & Sales Flow Management

  • Monitor and maintain the order book to meet business targets and customer expectations.
  • Ensure accurate entry of forward, replenishment and direct orders.

Purchase Order & Compliance Control

  • Ensure PO numbers are received and validated prior to shipping periods.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Manage packing, delivery and shipping requirements and resolve delivery discrepancies.

EDI & Master Data Administration

  • Manage EDI orders and messages and maintain accurate customer master data. 

Returns, Faulty Goods & After-Sales Support

  • Handle returns, swaps and faulty goods queries.

Credit & Financial Coordination

  • Partner with Credit Control to resolve credit blocks and limit issues.

Operational Administration & Deadline Control

  • Ensure deadlines are met and all operational administration is completed to Wholesale Operations standards.

 

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

  • Proven ability to identify issues and develop effective, practical solutions.

  • Proactive and willing to learn, with ongoing curiosity about the wider business and customer needs.

EDI Experience

  • Experience working with EDI accounts.

Systems Knowledge

  • Previous experience with SAP is preferred.

Team Player

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
