FAGLIGE KVALIFIKATIONER
SÅDAN VIL DU TRIVES OG GØRE EN FORSKEL
Din fornemste opgave er at yde vores kunder (eksternt/internt) en professionel og kvalificeret service, når de henvender sig via telefonen, internettet eller pr. e-mail. Typisk henvender kunderne sig for at lægge en ordre, få status på en ordre eller for at få vejledning omkring vores produkter.
I mødet med kunden, er det din opgave - i tæt samarbejde med Sales Support og Account Managers - at rådgive kunden og afdække muligheder for mersalg. Når ordren er lagt i vores SAP system, er det teamets ansvar, at følge op på varens vej ud til kunden ved bl.a. tæt opfølgning på estimerede leveringstider samt åbne ordre.
Der vil desuden være en bred vifte af øvrige opgaver, herunder håndtering af faste fokuskunder, som du har særligt kendskab til og overblik over, besvarelse af forespørgsler på certifikater, opfølgning på kundemasterdata samt vejledning af vores kunder på webshoppen – eksempelvis i forbindelse med oprettelse af en brugerprofil.Du vil desuden have løbende kontakt med interne medarbejdere fra vores globale teams, når der skal afklares leverancer, produkter, processer eller særlige kundeforespørgsler.
