Leadership Consultant-Psychologist

We offer 

Maersk Training delivers development of people through a combination of assessment, teaching, training and simulation. We are a growing company, and you will be part of an exciting growth journey. You will be both developing new courses and re-designing current courses. Furthermore, there will be delivery of different courses, while being part of a team consisting of kind and dedicated colleagues, who all strive to develop people and leaders to be the very best in their field.

Key Responsibilities 

• Training and analysis of Human Factors, both on an individual and on a group level.

• Psychometric tests and analyses of operational leaders in their functional roles in different industries, for instance: Oil & Gas, Green Energy, and Shipping. This includes identification and feedback on individual development areas with a focus on Human Factors and suitability for promotion.

• Delivery of Human Factor training in an operational context through the use of simulators.

• Delivery of leadership development programmes.

• Facilitation of individual leadership coaching for leaders on different levels.

• Development of training and personality analysis programmes, and consultancy work in close cooperation with our clients.

We are looking for

We are looking for a psychologist with experience or interest in leadership, behavioural analysis, and development processes. You are a proficient facilitator with strong human capabilities and the ability to focus on both content and process. English skills on a professional level is mandatory.

You have experience or wish to learn more about:

• Psychometric tests and observation of behaviour. You are either already certified in different assessment tools, or we will get you certified as a part of your onboarding.

• Giving feedback based on test results and observations, and translating these into personal development areas.

• Facilitating courses which vary in character, but always with human development as the focal point.
