Your role in our team

As our new Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our THT (Through Hole Technology) and box-build assembly department – including minor mechanical assemblies.

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues who share your technical background, as well as other team members who contribute with system knowledge and specialist insights. You will also support and work alongside approximately 40 operators on the shop floor.

Our facilities in Lystrup deliver solutions for mission-critical applications across both electronic and mechanical assembly. You will join a department of 15 skilled colleagues, providing strong opportunities for collaboration, sparring, and knowledge-sharing. Our production is characterized by highly complex, low-volume products – always executed with uncompromising focus on quality. The team culture is practical and solution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open dialogue.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical guidance and hands-on support to operators
  
  
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  
  
  • Managing deviations, verifying processes, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements
  
  
  • Preparing clear and accurate work instructions for electronic assembly
  
  
  • Maintaining and optimizing process equipment
  
  
  • Creating time estimates and defining production routings
  
  
  • Collaborating with developers and reviewing technical documentation to ensure seamless handovers
  
  
  
  

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

  • Strong technical foundation with a passion for supporting and improving production processes, ideally with an educational background as a technician, production technologist, or similar
  
  
  • Ability to document processes clearly, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure compliance even under pressure
  
  
  • Relevant experience in an electronic production environment, with manufacturing engineering experience considered a strong advantage
  
  
  • Certification or knowledge of IPC 610 standards, knowledge of root cause analysis and preventive action tools (e.g., FMEA), and experience with process optimization using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies will be considered an advantage
