Marketing assistant - fixed term

Are you curious to try out work life in a Global Marketing organization? We are looking for a proactive, structured, curious and motivated colleague to support our teams in Marketing Content Studio with practical, digital and coordination tasks.

About the role

You will gain hands-on experience with marketing operations, digital asset management, social media support, content handling, campaign assets and event coordination. You will collaborate with colleagues from our different teams Content Solution & Operations, Creative Development, Digital Business Systems and Event & Management Support.

Key responsibilities

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Approval of local Instructions for Use (IFUs)


• Uploading, tagging and naming of images, videos, campaign assets and files in our corporate systems and on YouTube.


• Practical production tasks like plotter prints, helping out at internal photo shoots and text updates on images in Adobe Express/Figma


• Supporting global community management, including monitoring and managing Facebook, Instagram, and other shared inboxes.


• Providing practical support for customer visits, tours and events, including creating name tags and event logistics

Who are you?

This position is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career, e.g. having completed your high school and taking a gap year before further studies. You are curious and interested in marketing, communication, digital content and coordination, and you are comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems.
