How you will make an impact


As Marketing Manager MYPC (Milk, Yoghurt, Powder and Cheese), you will drive category execution and commercial impact across the MYPC portfolio including Arla Protein, Puck, Dano and other portfolio brands. You will lead end-to-end brand activation, build strong innovation pipelines, and anchor best in class execution in distributor markets. Your key responsibilities



  • Brand & Category Strategy: Lead the development and execution of marketing plans to accelerate category and brand performance across distributor markets, with strong focus on Arla Protein.

  • Portfolio Leadership & Innovation:  Lead portfolio architecture (formats, pack sizes, pricing tiers), drive innovation planning and market readiness, and align strategies with evolving consumer/shopper trends.

  • Distributor & Stakeholder Engagement: Guide distributor partners on marketing execution, and deliver compelling activation plans.

  • Business Development: Act as New Business Captain across categories and geographies. Structuring, orchestrating, and scaling growth opportunities.

  • Commercial Delivery & In-store Execution: Deliver short and long-term volume, turnover, and profit growth. Champion instore excellence and collaborate closely with distributors and partners to secure strong execution. ‑store excellence and collaborate closely with distributors and partners to secure strong execution.

  • Performance Management: Own brand marketing budgets, integrate shopper, customer and market insights into category decisions to drive ROIpositive initiatives. Track and report on brand and category performance, sharing best practices across markets.


This role sits within our ROW (Rest Of World) DS (Distributor Sales) organization and reports to Angela Lee, Senior Category Manager, Cheese. You should expect approximately 20–25 travel days per year, and the role is based in Copenhagen, working with markets across the world including emerging markets such as Cyprus, Mauritius, and Central Asia.


 


What will make you successful


We expect you bring a strong commercial mindset, a natural passion for marketing, and the ability to work effectively across many markets and cultural contexts. Besides a relevant Master’s degree, you have +5 years of experience in category management or marketing within FMCG, and you are comfortable owning both strategic development and hands-on execution in diverse cultural environments. A strong track record in portfolio strategy, product launches and shopper-centric execution will support your tool box‑on execution.


You know how to turn insights into strong activations that resonate with consumers, customers and partners, and you are skilled at managing stakeholders across a broad organizational network. You thrive in a dynamic environment, stay solution oriented and agile, and bring drive, curiosity and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
