Microsoft AI Solution Architect

Your Role

As a Microsoft AI Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will be at the absolute forefront of enterprise AI transformation. You will combine deep technical mastery of Microsoft's AI ecosystem with strategic advisory capability, helping our customers reimagine their operating models through Agentic AI, Generative AI and intelligent automation. You will work across Microsoft's most cutting-edge AI capabilities:

• Copilot Studio - designing and orchestrating multi-agent systems and custom copilots


• M365 Copilot - embedding AI into the fabric of how organisations work


• Power Platform - driving intelligent automation and low-code AI-powered solutions


• Azure AI Foundry - building, fine-tuning and deploying enterprise-grade AI models

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping organisations develop and execute an AI-first strategy built on the Microsoft stack


• Design and implement AI governance frameworks and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) for agentic and generative AI workloads. With focus on security guardrails, compliance and access control models for AI systems


• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for complex, enterprise-scale AI solutions, and drive pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and client demonstrations


• Stay ahead of the Microsoft AI roadmap and bring emerging capabilities such as multi-agent orchestration, model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and reasoning models to customer conversations before they ask


• Champion CI/CD and DevOps practices for AI - including LLMOps, automated evaluation pipelines and model lifecycle management

Your Profile

• Extensive experience designing and leading enterprise-scale AI architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform)


• Proven ability to combine technical architecture with a trusted advisor mindset, building credibility and effectively engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite level)


• Experience with AI governance, security, and scalable enterprise solutions
