Job Description - Office Assistant

Sera Scandia, a part of the BioNordic Group, is on a growth journey, and we are looking for a proactive and service-minded Office Assistant to support our Copenhagen office.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. You will play a central role in supporting our team with administrative and practical tasks, while also contributing to a positive and welcoming office environment.



You will report to the company’s CEO, and we expect you to work around 15 hours per week, with flexibility regarding working hours.



Responsibilities


You will take ownership of the daily operations of the Copenhagen office, including tasks such as:



  • Ensuring smooth daily office operations and a well-functioning office environment

  • Managing office administration, supplies, equipment and external vendors

  • Supporting onboarding of new employees and internal coordination across the team

  • Planning and coordinating social events, team activities and internal meetings

  • Acting as the main point of contact for office-related matters and service providers

  • Coordinating travel bookings and logistics for employees and visiting colleagues



Profile


We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure and a positive working environment being the office culture driver. As a person, you are proactive, approachable and enjoy helping others. You bring good energy to the office and naturally take initiative to solve practical challenges.


You will play an important role as the central point of coordination in our Copenhagen office, helping the team with both administrative tasks and day-to-day practical matters.


You are not afraid to take responsibility, spot opportunities for improving processes and take action when something needs to be done.



Skills



  • Structured and detail-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Service-minded with a proactive mindset

  • Able to work independently and take ownership

  • Comfortable managing multiple practical and administrative tasks

  • Language requirements: Danish and English

You will be part of a global company with activities in Europe, Latin America and the US, while working closely with the local team in Copenhagen.
