[Position Overview]

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Staff to manage daily driver operations, ensure asset efficiency, and maintain high service standards. The role focuses on driver onboarding, performance management, incident handling, and operational optimization.

The project is expected to launch by the end of June 2026, with onboarding required in early June or during June.

1. Job Description

  • Handle compliance-related cases, incidents, and documentation.
  • Monitor driver and operational compliance with local taxi regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when needed.
  • Support investigations and resolution of operational or compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Assist in implementing compliance processes and improvements.

2. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, operations, customer handling, or related roles.
  • Experience in transportation, mobility, taxi, or service industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive cases professionally.
  • Fluent English and local communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

3. Benefits

  • Salary: 26,100 – 39,400 DKK gross/month, including:
  • 80% fixed salary
  • 20% performance-based salary (this portion is guaranteed unless there are policy violations resulting in deductions)
  • 12 salary payments per year
  • Only 1 interview round

4. Other Information.

  • Working Location: Helseholmen 31-39, Hvidovre.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours/week, office time.
